RC79 Card terms
General
RC79 Card is the virtual loyalty card of Rock Coffee 79 (Dunajská Streda). The programme lets you earn points on on-site purchases and redeem them for offered coupons. Participation is voluntary. By using the service you accept these rules.
Registration and account
Registration is required (email, password, basic details). One person should have one active account; multiple accounts may be treated as abuse. You are responsible for login credentials — do not share your account.
Earning points
Points are earned at the Rock Coffee 79 venue after a valid purchase, as recorded by staff (e.g. by showing the virtual card / QR). Rates and conditions follow the current loyalty rules (e.g. points per euro). Browsing the website alone does not earn points. Staff / the operator may correct erroneous entries.
Coupons and redemption
You may exchange points for offered coupons in your account. Coupons are not cash, are not redeemable for money, and are generally non-transferable. Redemption happens on site at the counter: staff verify and apply the coupon at purchase. Expired, already used, or invalid coupons cannot be redeemed. Redemption may be refused for stock or technical issues; we will seek a solution where possible.
Non-transferability
Accounts, points, and coupons are personal and may not be transferred or sold. The operator is not liable for loss from a shared code / QR if abuse stems from the account holder’s negligence.
Abuse and sanctions
Fraud, fake purchases, automated abuse, use of another’s account, and circumvention of the system are prohibited. On suspicion the operator may suspend or delete the account and void improperly obtained points / coupons.
Changes
Rock Coffee 79 may change these rules, point rates, and coupon offers. Material changes will be announced on the website / in the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms unless we state otherwise.
