Data controller
Rock Coffee 79 (based in Dunajská Streda, Slovakia) is the controller of personal data processed in connection with the website, the contact form, and the loyalty programme (RC79 Card). Contact: info@absolutepower.sk. For questions about data processing, write to this address.
What data we process
Contact form: your name, email, optionally phone number, and message text — so we can reply.
Loyalty account / RC79 Card: on registration, email, password (stored hashed), name, plus points balance, coupons, and redemption records. The card QR / identifier is used for identification at the counter.
Website and cookies: we may use essential technical cookies and logs (e.g. session, security, basic preferences). Without them the service would not work reliably. We do not run third-party marketing trackers by default; if that changes, we will inform you and obtain consent where required.
Purposes
Responding to messages and customer support. Running the loyalty programme: earning points after on-site purchases, issuing and redeeming coupons, preventing abuse. Keeping the website and accounts secure, and meeting legal obligations (e.g. complaints, related records where justified).
Legal bases
Contact form: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or — where relevant — steps prior to entering a contract. Loyalty account: performance of a contract (under the programme rules) and legitimate interest in service security. Cookies / technical operation: legitimate interest or — where the law requires — consent. For legitimate interest we consider your interests; you may object where appropriate.
Retention
Contact messages are generally kept until handled, then for a reasonable period (typically up to 1–2 years), unless longer retention is needed for a dispute or legal duty. Loyalty account data is kept while the account exists and, after deletion / deactivation, for the necessary technical and legal period. Redemption and points logs are kept for a limited time for transparency and abuse investigation. Technical logs are short-lived.
Your rights
You may request: access, rectification, erasure within legal limits, restriction of processing, and — for legitimate-interest processing — objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it; withdrawal does not affect lawfulness before withdrawal. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Slovakia / EU).
How to exercise rights
Email info@absolutepower.sk and state what you need (access, erasure, etc.). We may need to verify your identity reasonably. Deleting a loyalty account may forfeit related points and coupons under the programme rules.
Other
The website and loyalty features may change; we will update this notice for material processing changes and reflect the version in policy_version. Processors (e.g. hosting, email delivery) access data only as needed to provide the service, under appropriate safeguards.
Effective version: 1.0. Contact: info@absolutepower.sk — Rock Coffee 79, Dunajská Streda.
